  1. GENERAL
    By participating in GAMESPACE'S portal, participants agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions. In addition to these Terms and Conditions, the rules, regulations and methods of participation in portal subscription, shall bind you in your subscription to the portal. Failure to comply with the said terms, conditions, rules, regulations, instructions or methods will result in your disqualification to remain subscribed to the service. The portal subscription (GAMSPACE) shall in all respects be governed by the laws of Oman. However, it shall be your sole responsibility and obligation to ensure that you comply with and do not contravene any laws to which you may be personally subject.

  2. Description of Service
    GAMESPACE Service allows you to play games on the medium of your preferred choice that is compatible for the games to be played on such as PC, Mobile, TV or tablet. The Use of Service is exclusively reserved for a reasonable, non-commercial use.

  3. Compatibility
    The games can be played on iOS devices (iPhone, iPad, IPad mini, iPod touch) version 3.0+ as well as android devices version 2.0+. Before you subscribe, you expressly agree to ensure the compatibility of such equipment with the Service prior to using the service. Failing to comply with this obligation, GAMESPACE will not be responsible on the charges of the subscription.

  4. Participants
    Fees will be deducted from the Ooredoo account. Your subscription will automatically renew until canceled. To use this service, you must be 18 years old or have permission from your parents or person authorized to pay your bill.

  5. Payment and Service Access
    You can subscribe to the service through the Game Space portal by clicking the "subscribe" button. You will then receive an SMS notification which will be sent to the registered number.

  6. Price and payment
    This is expressly stated that the cost of connection to the service is supported by the user, which includes the content downloaded by user. This shall remain at the responsibility of the user.

  7. Rules of usage
    The usage of Game Space principles the governing use of service which is exclusively reserved for a reasonable, and non-commercial use.

  8. Responsibilities
    You understand the characteristics and limitations of electronic communications networks, including the technical performance, response, querying, transferring data and risk of information security.
